Every identity here is put through the same engine that runs the verifier before the site will build. That catches transcription mistakes in the data — it does not catch everything. If a page states something false, or states something true in a way that misleads, this is the channel.

What happens to a report

1. The claim is re-run through the sampler. If the identity itself fails at any angle, the record is wrong and gets fixed — the build will not publish until it passes.
2. If the formula holds but the page is misleading (a missing sign condition, a proof step that skips a case), the wording changes and the revision date on that page moves.
3. If the report needs a source we cannot check, the page keeps its current text and the note stays in the accuracy policy's known-limits list.
